We provide intensive outpatient and partial care to children, adolescents, and adults with primary mental health diagnoses. Our goal is to set people on a path toward long-term success and healing through our caring and empowering approach. Innerspace Counseling is seeking a motivated, and clinically strong individual for our open therapist position. Candidate should be a caring and empathetic provider that is passionate about helping those experiencing mental health crises and/or are struggling with a specific mental health diagnoses such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, anger issues, etc. Please visit www.

Licensure supervision available. Salary is based on experience.
- Maintain a max caseload of up to 12 clients, providing weekly individual and family counseling
- Run multiple groups per week for the IOP and PHP programs
- Document in the client's electronic health record
- Collaborate with schools, referral sources, and other providers as required
- Conduct Intake Assessments as needed
- Conduct Safety Assessments as needed
- Complete Treatment Plans as required
- Attend weekly rounds meetings
- Participate in weekly supervision
Requirements:
- Have a valid NJ license (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW)
- Have a master's degree in a clinical discipline
- At least 1 year of experience providing mental health services to youth and adults respectively
- Experience and willingness to work with all age ranges (8 yrs old to adult)
- Experience running groups
- IOP/PHP level of care experience, preferred
- DBT training, preferred
- Must be a team player
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent documentation skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, and Docusign, preferred

Full-time Pay:
$62,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
