3003324009-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Talkspace is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors/Therapists to provide virtual care through our secure, HIPAA-compliant platform. In this remote role, you'll deliver evidence-based individual therapy via text, audio, and video to adult clients nationwide. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, ongoing support, documentation, and risk management. You'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team, leverage digital tools to track outcomes, and enjoy flexible scheduling while helping expand access to high-quality mental health care at scale. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy via text, audio, and video through Talkspace's digital platform Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop evidence-based treatment plans Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards Monitor client progress and adjust interventions based on goals and outcome measures Perform risk assessments, manage crises, and coordinate higher levels of care when needed Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA and confidentiality requirements in all communications Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care coordinators as part of a multidisciplinary team Engage in case consultation, supervision, and ongoing professional development Utilize digital tools and data to optimize engagement and treatment effectiveness Maintain a consistent virtual caseload while managing schedule and client communications efficiently Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis (DSM-5) Evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) Treatment planning and documentation Telehealth platforms and digital communication Risk assessment and crisis intervention HIPAA and confidentiality compliance Electronic health records (EHR) use Outcome measurement and progress tracking Time management and caseload organization Cultural competence and trauma-informed care
