Multiple part-time and full-time opportunities | Great Neck & Roslyn Heights, NY Join an innovative, multidisciplinary psychiatry practice where psychotherapy is integrated with medication management, TMS, Spravato® (esketamine), sleep medicine, and wellness-focused care. About the Practice Sleep, TMS & Wellness Psychiatry (STW) is expanding psychotherapy services at our established Great Neck office and our new Roslyn Heights location. Led by Adarsh Gupta, MD, our practice brings together interventional psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, sleep medicine, mind-body approaches, and coordinated psychotherapy. We serve adults with depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, insomnia, ADHD, and other psychiatric and neuropsychiatric conditions. Open Positions

• Clinical Psychologist, PhD or PsyD (1 position):an experienced candidate may help lead, supervise and develop psychotherapy services and support clinical quality across the team.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Master Social Worker, LCSW or LMSW (2 positions): Provide evidence-based individual and, where appropriate, group psychotherapy. LMSWs must work within applicable New York supervision requirements.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor, LMHC (4 positions): Provide coordinated psychotherapy that complements psychiatric medication management and interventional treatments. What are you expected to do:
• Conduct assessments , establish treatment goals, and provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners/physician assistants, TMS staff, and sleep medicine professionals.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation (EMR & AI Scribe will be provided ) and follow professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Participate in case consultation, program development , or group services based on interest and experience.
• Help create a cohesive patient experience in which psychotherapy and medical treatment are coordinated in one practice. Clinical Interests We Value Experience in one or more of the following is welcome; candidates are not expected to have expertise in every area: Recent graduates (with their respective credentials) will be encouraged to learn new skill sets if they are motivated:
• CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic psychotherapy , behavioral activation, or positive psychology
• Neuromodulation assisted psychotherapy
• Ketamine- assisted psychotherapy
• Mindfulness & meditation practices for stress reduction & integration with psychotherapy
• Clinical hypnosis : for specific fears & phobias, smoking & addiction, weight management etc.

EEG & Neurofeedback :

using qEEG as biomarkers for guiding treatments.

• EMDR Trauma-focused therapy

Group Therapy :

CBT-I (insomnia & CPAP compliance), ADHD treatment; Stress reduction

Qualifications:

• Active New York State license in the applicable discipline, or eligibility for timely licensure before the start date.
• Strong clinical judgment , communication skills , professionalism , and genuine compassion for patients. Minim
• Ability to provide in-person care at Great Neck and/or Roslyn Heights; availability at both locations is a plus.
• Insurance panel participation is a requirement . Candidates who are not yet credentialed may still apply.
• Interest in collaborative , measurement-informed, and integrative mental health care.
• Aptitude to learn basics of neuromodulation technologies and integrate with psychotherapy.

Compensation:

GOOD-FAITH HOURLY

x first 6 months, followed by optional
