Job Description

YES Community Counseling Center provides compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, domestic violence, abuse, addiction, trauma, grief, and mental health concerns. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC who shares our commitment to exceptional clinical care and our vision of strengthening individuals, families, and communities.
Position summary:
  • Provide individual, family and group counseling in its community based treatment program with adults, children, and families.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to respond to clients and family systems holistically.
  • Coordinate closely with a team of clinicians and outside systems to provide wrap around support.
  • Contribute to a warm, inclusive treatment environment that supports each client's space in healing.
  • This full time position consists of two to three weekday evenings.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
  • Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy required, License preferred.
  • Experience providing varied treatment approaches with those impacted by complex needs including mental health disorders, addiction, interpersonal violence, and trauma.
  • Experience utilizing family based approaches.
  • Training in trauma informed care approaches and models.
  • Ideal candidate will demonstrate a compassionate and person centered care approach, strong communication skills/ability to work as a team.

$58,000.00
