Job Description
YES Community Counseling Center provides compassionate, high-quality care to individuals and families facing a wide range of challenges, including relationship difficulties, domestic violence, abuse, addiction, trauma, grief, and mental health concerns. Our team is grounded in relational, evidence-based, and trauma-informed practices. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC who shares our commitment to exceptional clinical care and our vision of strengthening individuals, families, and communities.
Position summary:
- Provide individual, family and group counseling in its community based treatment program with adults, children, and families.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and collaboratively develop treatment plans with the multi-disciplinary team.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to respond to clients and family systems holistically.
- Coordinate closely with a team of clinicians and outside systems to provide wrap around support.
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive treatment environment that supports each client's space in healing.
- This full time position consists of two to three weekday evenings.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- Masters in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Family Therapy required, License preferred.
- Experience providing varied treatment approaches with those impacted by complex needs including mental health disorders, addiction, interpersonal violence, and trauma.
- Experience utilizing family based approaches.
- Training in trauma informed care approaches and models.
- Ideal candidate will demonstrate a compassionate and person centered care approach, strong communication skills/ability to work as a team.

Full-time Pay:
$58,000.00- $70,000.
