Master's-Level Clinician / Therapist Individual Family Group Therapy | Ohio | 80% Telehealth W-2 or 1099 | Flexible Schedule | Guaranteed Caseload | Clinical Support About the Position We are a growing Ohio-based behavioral health practice seeking compassionate, clinically skilled Master's-level therapists to join our team in Ohio. This position is designed for clinicians who want the autonomy of private practice with the stability and support of an established behavioral health practice . You will not be working in a silo and will have the support of a flexible and supportive team. You will have a manageable caseload, a primarily telehealth schedule, administrative support, and access to an AI-assisted electronic health record (EHR) designed to make clinical documentation more efficient. Our clinicians focus on what matters most— providing excellent care to clients—while the practice supports and handles scheduling, billing, credentialing, payer relationships, and administrative infrastructure. Position Highlights 80% telehealth / 20% in-office Primarily remote work throughout Ohio Approximately 1 in-office day per week in Parma, Ohio Make your own schedule within your preferred clinical hours Target full-time caseload of approximately 25 billable sessions per week Guaranteed caseload provided W-2 or 1099 employment options Paid clinical supervision available for pre-licensed clinicians Health, dental, and vision benefits available for W-2 employees PTO and professional development benefits for W-2 employees Direct insurance contracts— not a therapy platform AI-assisted EHR to support clinical documentation and reduce administrative burden AI-Assisted Clinical Documentation We utilize a modern electronic health record with AI-assisted documentation capabilities to help clinicians streamline the note-taking process. The technology can assist with organizing clinical information and generating documentation from the clinician's session information, allowing therapists to spend less time on administrative tasks and more time focused on their clients. The clinician remains responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of every clinical note. AI does not replace clinical judgment, diagnosis, treatment planning, or professional responsibility. This is particularly valuable for clinicians who want the flexibility of telehealth without spending their evenings catching up on documentation. What You Will Do Conduct initial biopsychosocial/diagnostic assessments Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth and in-office sessions Provide family therapy when clinically appropriate Provide group therapy opportunities as available Develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based behavioral health treatment Maintain timely and clinically appropriate documentation in the EHR Utilize the AI-assisted EHR documentation tools appropriately Review and approve all AI-assisted documentation before signing Collaborate with psychologists, testing providers, prescribers, and other members of the treatment team when appropriate Participate in team meetings and clinical consultation Participate in clinical supervision when required Maintain compliance with Ohio professional standards and payer documentation requirements Manage your clinical schedule through the practice's EHR and scheduling system Clinical notes are expected to be completed within 24 hours of the session .
