We are seeking a motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys working with adults in a collaborative outpatient psychiatric setting alongside psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners. Position Overview The therapist will provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders, ADHD, mood disorders, and other psychiatric conditions. We offer flexible scheduling and a compensation structure designed to provide stability while allowing earnings and hours to grow as your caseload develops. Schedule & Compensation Part-time position with flexible scheduling $35-$42 per hour Guaranteed pay equivalent to 12 hours per week during the initial caseload-building period Additional compensation for completed patient visits beyond the guaranteed hours Opportunity to increase hours as your caseload grows Potential for a larger ongoing role as the practice continues to expand Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy to adults ages 18 and older Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide evidence-based psychotherapy based on each patient's diagnosis, goals, and clinical needs Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and other members of the treatment team Participate in treatment planning and care coordination when appropriate Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment goals and interventions as clinically indicated Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and comply with ethical, legal, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications Active Ohio LPC or LPCC license in good standing Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited program Experience providing psychotherapy or behavioral health services preferred Comfortable treating adults with a broad range of psychiatric conditions Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary psychiatric team Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) preferred Preferred Experience Experience working with adults with depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and co-occurring mental health conditions is preferred. Previous experience in outpatient psychiatry or behavioral health is beneficial but not required. Why Join RT Clinics?
