Available Positions:

Full-Time Therapists Part-Time Therapists Remote Therapists Compensation:

Competitive pay structure: 55-60% of insurance payout (averaging $52-$77 per 53-minute session). Bi-weekly payments. Independent contractor position.

Education and Licensing Requirements:

Master's degree in Social Work. Master's degree in Counseling. Active Ohio

LSW/LISW

license. Active Ohio

LPC/LPCC

license. Minimum of 2 years of experience in mental health counseling (preferred).

Responsibilities:

Provide individual, marriage, and couples counseling services using evidence-based practices. Establish therapeutic rapport with individuals experiencing emotional and/or mental health challenges. Develop, implement, and review individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with other treatment providers and placement agencies as needed. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in mental health counseling or a related field. Familiarity with community mental health resources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build strong rapport with clients. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
