About the Role We're seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our team on a 1099 contractor basis. This is a true collaborative model: our psychiatric providers and therapists work together on shared patients, and our administrative team handles billing and credentialing so you can focus on clinical care. You set your own hours and build the caseload that works for you. Schedule & Office Availability Full-time caseload — set your own hours Weekday office use available at our Westlake location (Monday - Friday) Hybrid flexibility — blend in-office and telehealth sessions to fit your caseload What We Handle For You All billing Insurance credentialing Administrative and scheduling infrastructure What You Bring Independent clinical license in Ohio (LPCC, LISW, LMFT, or equivalent) Established therapy experience with an active or transferable caseload A collaborative mindset — comfortable working alongside psychiatric prescribers as part of an integrated care team Self-directed, reliable, and professional in managing your own schedule Compensation 1099 independent contractor — competitive per-session rate How to Apply Send your resume and a brief note about your clinical background and availability
