Balance and Bloom Therapy LLC is looking for a Social Work Trainee (SWT), MSW student, LSW, or LPC to join our growing private practice in the Cleveland area. Whether you're an MSW student getting your first clinical experience, a newly licensed LSW looking to grow your confidence, or an LPC working toward your next level of licensure, this is an opportunity to build your clinical experience in a small, supportive private practice environment . Why Balance and Bloom? Private practice can feel intimidating when you're just getting started. You shouldn't have to figure out everything alone. We provide office space, support, supervision options, and the opportunity to build a caseload while you focus on what you actually went into this field to do — work with clients. You'll have the flexibility of private practice while still having an experienced clinician available for questions, consultation, and support. This Could Be a Great Fit If You... Are currently an MSW student/Social Work Trainee Recently earned your MSW and are working toward independent licensure Hold an LSW and want to gain private practice experience Are an LPC interested in growing your clinical practice Want more autonomy than a traditional agency setting Want to learn how private practice works without immediately taking on all the overhead Value a relaxed, supportive, and collaborative clinical environment Are interested in trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, or other common mental health concerns What You'll Get For MSW Students / SWT Hourly compensation Clinical experience in a private practice setting Support as you develop your clinical skills Opportunity to work with a variety of clients and presenting concerns Flexible scheduling around school and other commitments Office space provided For LSW Clinicians 60/40 fee split — clinician receives 60% Clinical supervision toward independent licensure provided Office space provided Flexible scheduling Opportunity to grow your own caseload Support and consultation from an experienced LISW-S For LPC Clinicians 60/40 fee split — clinician receives 60% Connection to external supervision for clinicians pursuing higher-level licensure Office space provided Flexible scheduling Opportunity to build a private practice caseload What We Need From You Previous experience in community mental health, social services, case management, or a related behavioral health setting Strong communication and documentation skills Reliability and professionalism Willingness to work independently while seeking consultation when needed Appropriate Ohio credential/licensure for your level of practice A Little About the Practice Balance and Bloom Therapy LLC is a growing private practice focused on providing thoughtful, individualized mental health care while keeping therapy human, approachable, and client-centered .
