Hartswick Counseling is a growing outpatient mental health practice seeking a compassionate and motivated Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) to join our team. We offer the opportunity to work in a supportive private-practice environment while building a consistent caseload and maintaining greater flexibility than many traditional agency settings. Compensation & Benefits $40-$50 per billable hour , based on licensure and experience Minimum of 25 billable hours per week Paid Time Off (PTO) Retirement benefits Healthcare reimbursement available Administrative and practice support Comfortable, professional office setting Support in developing and maintaining a consistent caseload Position Responsibilities Provide in-person outpatient mental health services, including individual psychotherapy, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and coordination of care as appropriate.

Qualifications Applicants should:
