About Tri Therapy Tri Therapy is a growing outpatient counseling practice serving Greensburg, Irwin, North Huntingdon, and communities throughout Westmoreland County. We provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services for children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Our collaborative team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, client-centered care while expanding access to services through teletherapy and community partnerships. As an innovative and expanding practice, we are committed to increasing access to mental health services through teletherapy and collaborative partnerships with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Our supportive, team-oriented environment fosters professional growth while empowering clinicians to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients and families. In addition to counseling services, Tri Therapy offers psychiatric medication management through our on-staff Nurse Practitioner, providing comprehensive and coordinated care to support our clients' mental health needs. Position Summary Tri Therapy is seeking a compassionate and skilled Mental Health Counselor/Therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals and families improve their emotional well-being and has experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services. Utilize evidence-based and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with families, schools, healthcare providers, and community partners. Participate in treatment planning and case consultations. Support clients in achieving meaningful therapeutic goals. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Active Pennsylvania license or license eligibility (LPC, LSW, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent). Experience working with children, adolescents, couples, and families preferred. $40.00 - $70.00 per hour
