SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

Provide assessment services as needed; determine proper level of care.
Provide aftercare planning services.
Maintain an active caseload of patients.
Deliver therapeutic services including: individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
Maintain required patient records including treatment plans, group and individual progress notes, and case management notes.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Master's degree in Social Work required
Licensure
LPC, LSW, LCSW
highly preferred
Minimum of one year experience working with mental health & psychiatric populations.
Experience must include one (1) year of direct work experience with the psychiatric, mental health and/or co-occurring patients (MH & ADD).
Valid Driver's License
Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126) & State Criminal Background.
