CLIENT AVAILABLE HOURS

• Typical work load of up to 40 hours per week : Monday
• Friday, 8:30am
• 5pm
• Contract opportunities with regular evening hours: 5pm
• 8pm

Weekends:

All shifts available

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide assessment services as needed; determine proper level of care.
• Provide aftercare planning services.
• Maintain an active caseload of patients.
• Deliver therapeutic services including: individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Maintain required patient records including treatment plans, group and individual progress notes, and case management notes.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

• Master's degree in Social Work required
• Licensure

• LPC, LSW, LCSW

• highly preferred
• Minimum of one year experience working with mental health & psychiatric populations.
• Experience must include one (1) year of direct work experience with the psychiatric, mental health and/or co-occurring patients (MH & ADD).
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse (ACT 126) & State Criminal Background.
