Evolve Pro Therapeutic Services LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated licensed mental health professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide counseling support to individuals experiencing mental health challenges. This fee-for-service position involves working with clients in an outpatient level of care virtually and in-person. Qualified candidates will have a client-focused, positive approach towards care, and self-motivation to work independently. This is a W2 employment opportunity. Qualifications/Requirements Possess a Master's Degree in the field of counseling, family therapy, mental health, social work, psychology, etc. Active license in the state of Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) Availability for at least 8 hours per week, split between a minimum of 2 days Must offer some in person availability for a portion of the weekly hours. Clinical experience with individuals, couples and/or families. Clinical experience with trauma-informed care is required. Ability to consistently complete and maintain clinical documentation and scheduling follow up sessions with clients Experience with telehealth modality Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to create and implement treatment plans Knowledge of ethical standards and confidentiality laws
