Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including testing and assessment measures, to aid in diagnostic clarification and treatment planning for children. Provide individual and family therapy to children and adolescents using empirically supported therapeutic modalities. Consult with a multidisciplinary team, acting as a resource for colleagues, and contributing to the development of care plans. Participate in treatment team meetings and collaborate with other professionals to provide holistic care. Maintain thorough, ethical, and timely documentation in line with state regulations and licensing requirements. Offer educational presentations and community outreach on mental health topics relevant to our pediatric population. Stay engaged in professional development and ongoing learning to continually refine your skills and expertise.

Requirements Licensure:

You are a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

Testing Experience:

You have at least one year of experience conducting child and adolescent assessments.

Team Player:

You value working in a multidisciplinary team environment and are motivated to grow with a practice that prioritizes collaboration and quality care.

Tech Savvy:

You have a solid understanding of Electronic Medical Records (preferably TherapyNotes) and are comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite.
