About Mind Works Predictable Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.) No evenings. No weekends. No telehealth scheduling Mind Works is a pediatric-focused behavioral health practice serving children and adolescents ages 3-17. We provide psychotherapy, psychological and developmental assessments, and medication management within a collaborative, integrated care model. Our clinicians work alongside psychologists and nurse practitioners in a structured outpatient setting built for high clinical standards, ethical care, and long-term professional growth.
