3002585388-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Thriveworks is hiring a Remote LMHC Associate to provide high-quality outpatient counseling via secure telehealth. In this role, you'll complete intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals, couples, and families. You'll maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR, coordinate care with psychiatrists and other providers, and follow HIPAA and ethical standards. Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, and family counseling via secure telehealth Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop person-centered treatment plans Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy aligned with client goals Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in the EHRMonitor risk, perform safety assessments, and follow crisis protocols Collaborate with psychiatrists and other care team members as needed Uphold HIPAA, state regulations, and professional ethical standards Participate in supervision, training, and case consultation for development Communicate clearly with clients regarding scheduling, care plans, and progress Contribute to an inclusive, supportive, client-centered practice culture Required Skills Clinical assessment and diagnosis Treatment planning Evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT) Electronic health record (EHR) documentation Risk assessment and crisis intervention Telehealth platforms and best practices Cultural competency in counseling Time management and caseload management Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Interdisciplinary collaboration
