We are a modern, inclusive therapy group dedicated to growth, compassion, and person-centered care. Position Overview We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Therapist to join our collaborative, trauma-informed team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing culturally competent and strengths-based counseling to diverse populations. Responsibilities Provide individual and/or group therapy (in-person and/or via telehealth) Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality, continuity of care Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as needed Uphold ethical and legal standards per state and professional licensing requirements Qualifications Master's or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field Active or eligible Washington State License (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, etc.) - ASSOCIATES are encouraged to apply.
