Work Environment Our fully remote work setting offers clinicians the flexibility to perform their duties from anywhere, enhancing work-life balance while still catering to our clients' needs. Utilizing video conferencing tools and secure online platforms, you will connect with clients of all ages, conducting therapy sessions and assessments in a supportive digital environment. We greatly value our team's thoughts and insights, often collaborating through virtual meetings to improve patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions for clients, utilizing a variety of empirically-supported psychotherapy approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Assess new client histories and collaborate with clients and fellow mental health professionals to determine effective treatment strategies. Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings, ensuring that all perspectives are incorporated into treatment planning and execution. Develop and document customized treatment plans, regularly evaluating and adjusting based on ongoing assessment of client progress in approved platforms. Consult with the Clinical Director to develop impactful program activities that enhance the therapeutic experience for all patients. Contribute to the credentialing committee to ensure high-quality standards in the provision of mental health services. Evaluate the effectiveness of therapy interventions, documenting outcomes and utilizing feedback to optimize care delivery. Engage in continuous professional development initiatives, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills. Additional duties as assigned, with a focus on maintaining high standards of patient care. Patient Population / Client Focus The patients you will work with vary widely in age, background, and mental health needs. You will have the opportunity to support children, adolescents, and adults facing an array of challenges, including developmental differences, anxiety, depression, and trauma. By employing a client-centered approach, you will foster an environment where patients feel safe, validated, and empowered to embark on their healing journey. Qualifications A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field is required. Active licensure in the state of Washington (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) is mandatory. A minimum of two years of experience working directly with children or families, particularly those with developmental differences, is essential. An understanding and proficiency in various therapeutic methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and social-constructionism, are beneficial. A client-first mindset and a commitment to seek continuous feedback to enhance therapeutic effectiveness. Willingness to learn from colleagues across various professional disciplines, valuing local knowledge as a critical asset in supporting the community we serve. Preferred Experience Prior experience in a community health setting or teletherapy services is a plus. Familiarity with the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health records to document patient interactions is encouraged. A background in collaborative treatment approaches that involve the integration of psychological, social, and physical health measures is desirable.
