Duties:
- Provide counseling and therapy services to individuals, couples and families
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
- Utilize various therapeutic techniques such as art therapy and psychopharmacology to support clients' mental health along with training clients in group sessions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Conduct clinical research and stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in mental health treatment
- Provide support and guidance to families, couples and individuals
- Complete coding and documentation of client sessions through electronic
EHR Qualifications:
- Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or related field
- Knowledge of therapeutic techniques
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team of counselors and psychiatric nurses
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols and procedures
