WV Masters Level Mental Health Counselor

Job Description

Are you passionate about helping others and looking for a workplace where you can grow professionally? Winchester Community Mental Health Center is a rapidly growing behavioral health practice seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians to join our team.
We are hiring:
Licensed Professional Counselors Provisionally Licensed Clinicians Recent Master's graduates in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or other approved degrees. West Virginia Board-approved clinical supervision is available for eligible clinicians working toward s licensure. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group counseling services Work with children, adolescents, and adults Complete clinical assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team Assist clients in identifying strengths, setting treatment goals, developing action plans, and building healthy coping skills Provide evidence-based, client-centered care using a holistic approach Populations and Clinical Areas Clinicians may provide treatment for: Depression and anxiety Trauma and PTSD Substance use disorders ADHD and behavioral concerns Anger management Family and relationship issues Self-esteem and identity concerns Stress management Crisis intervention and stabilization Suicidal ideation and safety planning Other mental health and behavioral concerns Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related behavioral health field Licensed or license-eligible in West Virginia (or actively pursuing licensure) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a treatment team Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply What We Offer Board-approved clinical supervision toward licensure Flexible scheduling Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity for professional growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding organization Diverse clinical experience with children, adolescents, adults, families, and groups
