We have individual health plans available for eligible full-time staff! This is a Monday through Friday schedule; no weekends, no holidays! Qualifications:
Masters of Social Work (MSW) accredited by CSWE Must possess a clinical license to practice social work (must have no suspensions of clinical licensure on record) 2 years' experience in the last 5 years of clinical social work in a mental health setting Must have an active BLS certification through AHA Have a minimum of three (3) years within the past five (5) years in the independent practice of clinical social work in a mental health setting working with an adult population Experience with psychosocial assessments and treatments for a wide variety of individuals from diverse backgrounds Job duties may include but are not limited to: Coordinating referrals Assess psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and their families Implement treatment plans Conduct psychosocial assessments Implement treatment modalities with a variety of individuals who are experiencing psychiatric medical, and social problems. Provide counseling and psychotherapy services to various individuals, which may include couples, groups, and families Participate in professional peer review case conferences and research studies Consult medical personnel, legal authorities, military commanders, and school districts Maintain current notes in Mental Health and Patient Medical records Perform individual and group counseling and psychotherapy At USGP we are invested in the growth and support of the veterans, and their families, that we serve.
