What You'll Do:
As an Early Intervention Clinician, you will support children from birth to three years old who have developmental needs, working collaboratively with families to create play-based, personalized activities that promote learning and growth. You will play a crucial role in helping families manage difficult situations, develop strategies to address behavioral challenges, and access community resources.
Responsibilities Include:
Partner with families to develop and implement individualized, fun activities that support children's developmental goals Use clinical skills to guide families through challenging circumstances and behavioral management strategies for toddlers Collaborate with families to create treatment plans and ensure strategies align with their values and priorities Assist families in navigating community resources and advocate for their children's needs Work as part of a dedicated team in family homes and community settings to support children in reaching developmental milestones
Who You Are:
Master's degree from a recognized accredited institution in counseling psychology, clinical psychology, mental health counseling, marriage & family therapy, educational psychology, developmental psychology is required. Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) by the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professionals, Current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is preferred. Familiarity with internet, word processing, and email systems Valid driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation Bilingual/bicultural candidates are encouraged to apply We Hire for HEART!
