We believe that mental health is an essential part of women's overall health. We are expanding our multidisciplinary team and are seeking a Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) with a strong interest in Women's Health to provide evidence-based behavioral-health services in collaboration with our medical providers and clinical team. This is an exciting opportunity for a clinician who enjoys collaborative care and wants to help develop a behavioral-health program specifically focused on the unique mental and emotional health needs of women. Position Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment, brief evidence-based therapy, care coordination, patient education, and ongoing behavioral-health support. The BHC will work closely with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide integrated, whole-person care. The position will incorporate principles of the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM) , measurement-based care, and evidence-based behavioral-health interventions. The ideal candidate will have clinical experience as a therapist and a genuine interest in women's mental health and women's healthcare . Areas of Clinical Focus May Include Anxiety and depression Perinatal and postpartum mental health Pregnancy and parenting Fertility and infertility-related stress Pregnancy loss and reproductive grief Menopause and perimenopause Hormonal and life-stage transitions Chronic health conditions Trauma and adjustment Body image and self-esteem Relationship and intimacy concerns Stress and burnout Behavioral changes related to chronic illness Other mental-health concerns affecting women across the lifespan Responsibilities Conduct initial behavioral-health assessments and clinical evaluations. Screen patients for common mental-health and substance-use concerns using validated screening tools. Develop individualized treatment plans and provide brief, evidence-based interventions. Utilize therapeutic approaches such as CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Behavioral Activation, and Problem-Solving Therapy as clinically appropriate. Provide psychoeducation and behavioral-health support. Monitor treatment response and clinical outcomes using measurement-based care. Provide patient follow-up through in-person visits, telephone, and secure telehealth. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, behavioral-health professionals, and other members of the care team. Participate in clinical consultation and communicate treatment recommendations to medical providers. Coordinate referrals and transitions to higher levels of behavioral-health care when clinically indicated. Address social needs and barriers to care, including transportation, housing, food insecurity, and access to community resources. Coordinate care with outside providers and other systems when appropriate and authorized. Maintain accurate and timely EHR documentation. Utilize appropriate registries and tracking systems to monitor patient progress and engagement. Develop relapse-prevention and self-management plans with patients completing treatment. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality, and all applicable professional and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications Required:

Master's degree or higher in a mental-health-related field. Current, unrestricted Massachusetts clinical license in good standing. Clinical experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral-health services. Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to provide care both in person and through secure telehealth. Commitment to patient-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed care.

Preferred:

2+ years of clinical experience as a therapist. Experience in integrated behavioral health, primary care, or collaborative care. Experience with measurement-based care and behavioral-health screening tools. Experience working with women's mental health. Background in perinatal mental health, reproductive health, fertility, pregnancy/postpartum care, menopause, trauma, or other areas of women's health. Experience collaborating with medical providers. Schedule & Location Full-time:

approximately 40 hours per week Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with an hour lunch
