Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Social Work Supervisee to join our behavioral health team. Participate in supervision meetings to review case progress, refine clinical skills, and ensure adherence to professional standards. Engage in ongoing professional development related to social work, mental health counseling, and specialized therapeutic approaches. Qualifications Graduated from an accredited social work graduate program (MSW). Knowledge of behavioral health principles, including applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy techniques. Experience or familiarity with patient care procedures, medical documentation, and medical terminology. Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations concerning patient privacy and data security. Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations. Excellent communication skills for effective individual and group counseling sessions. Commitment to ethical practice standards within social work and mental health counseling disciplines. Pay:
