Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Babysitter to provide attentive, nurturing care for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children. In this role, you will create a safe and engaging environment, support children's development through play and educational activities, and assist families with daily childcare needs. Your enthusiasm and reliability will help foster a positive experience for both children and their families, ensuring peace of mind for parents while promoting growth and well-being for the children. Responsibilities Supervise children during their daily routines, ensuring safety at all times Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and physical activity Prepare meals and snacks suitable for children's dietary needs and preferences Assist with light housekeeping related to childcare, such as tidying up toys and children's areas Support children's homework or educational activities for school-age children Administer basic first aid or CPR in case of minor injuries or emergencies Communicate effectively with parents about children's activities, behaviors, and any concerns that arise Skills Proven experience working with children across different age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and elementary school-age children Knowledge of child supervision best practices to ensure safety at all times Ability to perform first aid and CPR confidently; certification preferred but not required initially Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Strong caregiving skills with a nurturing and patient demeanor Ability to assist with transportation using personal vehicle if needed for errands or appointments Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with parents and other caregivers Join us in making a positive impact on children's lives!
