Afternoon and weekend nanny for a warm, collaborative Lafayette family

• Children:

  Three happy and healthy children, ages 10 months, 3 years, and 5 years. The two older children attend school.

• Schedule:

  Monday through Friday, 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., plus weekend hours as needed based on the parents' work schedules. Weekend hours are required as needed and are an important part of this position.
• Guaranteed hours : 40 hours per week are guaranteed.

Car:

A nanny car is provided. The nanny must have a valid driver's license and be comfortable driving the children safely.

Position overview:

The nanny will provide loving, attentive care for three children of different ages and help the family's afternoons run smoothly. The role includes managing daily routines, supporting naps, and handling school drop-offs and pickups. Weekend hours will also be required as needed.

• Work weekday afternoons and provide weekend care as needed.

Experience:

At least 5 years of nanny experience, including substantial in-home experience. Candidates should have experience caring for three or more children simultaneously and strong preschool experience.

Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• CPR and first aid certification.
• Excellent professional references.
• Up-to-date on all required vaccinations.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with confidence driving children safely.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check through TrustLine.

Benefits:

40 guaranteed hours per week, paid time off, and paid holidays.

Pay:

$45.00
