Part Time / Flexible Schedule A private family in Rancho Palos Verdes is seeking an exceptional High Profile / UHNW Career Nanny to provide attentive, engaging, and highly professional care for two young children between the ages of 3 and 5. We are looking for someone who goes beyond traditional childcare and understands the standards of working within a private, high profile household. The ideal candidate is polished, warm, energetic, highly dependable, discreet, and genuinely passionate about helping young children learn, develop, and thrive. The family is seeking support approximately 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend day , with flexibility around scheduling and hours. Flexibility is important, and the family is looking for someone who can become a trusted and consistent part of the household. The Ideal Candidate We are especially interested in candidates with experience as a Career Nanny, High Profile Nanny, UHNW/HNW Nanny, Private Family Nanny, Governess, or Early Childhood Educator . The right person will be confident caring for two young children while creating a fun, structured, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Responsibilities may include planning educational and creative activities, reading and learning exercises, outdoor activities and outings, preparing or coordinating children's meals and snacks, maintaining children's routines, assisting with organization related to the children, and providing thoughtful support to the parents as needed. This is a child focused position rather than a traditional housekeeping role. What We're Looking For Candidates should demonstrate excellent judgment, professionalism, discretion, communication skills, and reliability. Experience working with high net worth, executive, celebrity, or other private families is highly valued, although exceptional career nanny experience will also be considered. A strong understanding of privacy and household boundaries is essential.
