This is a part-time position, approximately 15-20 hours per week . Responsibilities Oversee the daily operation of the school-age program. Ensure compliance with Florida and Broward County child care licensing requirements. Supervise and support child care staff. Maintain required licensing records and documentation. Communicate with parents, staff, and licensing representatives. Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive environment for children. Requirements Active Florida Director Credential —

REQUIRED.

Experience in a licensed child care or school-age program preferred. Knowledge of Florida child care licensing requirements. Strong organizational and communication skills. Must meet applicable background screening and personnel requirements.
