Blossom Safe Care Company is seeking an experienced, proactive nanny and family assistant for a warm and busy family in Braselton, GA. The nanny will support their three young children, ages 3, 2, and 6 months. This is a great opportunity for a professional nanny who enjoys working with multiple young children, taking the lead with afternoon and evening routines, and helping keep a household organized. The family is looking for someone who is warm and nurturing but also confident, dependable, and able to see what needs to be done and take initiative.

2 weeks paid PTO, accrued One friendly dog in the home About the Role The nanny will provide attentive and engaging care for three young children while taking the lead with their afternoon and evening routine. Responsibilities will include feeding and mealtimes, preparing meals for the children and cleaning up afterward, assisting with bath time, and creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for the children. This role also includes family assistant responsibilities such as laundry, maintaining the kitchen area, loading and unloading the dishwasher, organizing children's toys and spaces, setting up and maintaining toy rotations, and keeping children's areas tidy. The nanny will also let the family dog out into the yard once or twice during the shift and should be comfortable taking initiative with household and childcare-related tasks as needed. The Ideal Candidate The family is looking for someone who is warm, nurturing, attentive, and genuinely enjoys working with young children. You should be comfortable caring for infants, toddlers, and multiple children at once, while also being confident enough to take the lead and manage the children's routine. The right person will be proactive, organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing childcare with family assistant responsibilities. Since a parent is typically home, the family is looking for someone who is comfortable working independently while also being communicative and professional in a shared home environment. You should also be comfortable around pets and willing to let the family dog out into the yard during your shift.
