A Kapolei family needs a steady, dependable part-time nanny and mother's helper to get two young children up, ready, and to school in the mornings plus an afternoon pickup to round out the day. Because the parent works a rotating schedule set about a month ahead. About the Family The mom works a rotating schedule that's set roughly a month in advance. She is looking for someone to help the kids wake up, dressed, fed, and out the door. Their 6-year-old needs to be at school on time, every time; a younger sibling in preschool has a gentler morning. The parent keeps clear routines and expectations in place and wants someone who can pick them up and run the morning without missing a beat.

Schedule:

Part-time, on the parent's scheduled workdays (provided about a month in advance). Early-morning starts on workdays for drop-off, with afternoon pick-ups. Weekly hours vary with the parent's duty schedule Mon -

Responsibilities Handle the full morning routine on the parent's workdays — wake, dress, feed, and get both kids out the door Safely drive the children to and from school and preschool Return for the afternoon pickup and keep the day's routine consistent Set out light, family-provided snacks at pickup Tidy up the morning's mess and have the children help clean up after themselves Keep the parent in the loop on anything that comes up Ideal Candidate A true morning person, early starts energize you Rock-solid reliable and punctual; the parent's own workday depends on this coverage running like clockwork A self-starter who can take an already-laid-out routine and keep it moving, no hand-holding Firm but nurturing, you can keep a 6-year-old on track for school with equal parts patience and warmth A confident daily driver with a clean driving record (non-negotiable) Comfortable rolling with a schedule that shifts from month to month

Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
