Hours for this position are 7-9:30am AND 3:00-6pm. Must be able to work both shifts The center float helps in providing a nurturing and educational environment. This role assists in implementing curriculum, ensuring child safety, and fostering developmental milestones. Qualifications Experience in childcare or early childhood education is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Energetic, nurturing, and team-oriented approach. Basic understanding of child development principles. Ability to participate in physical activities with children and manage tasks such as lifting up to 30 pounds. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in planning and conducting activities that promote physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development. Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment. Support the Lead Teacher in daily routines and curriculum execution. Engage with children to encourage learning and development. Collaborate with the Lead Teacher to communicate progress and needs to families.
