After 2 years with their wonderful nanny, a Southborough family is seeking a new long term fit for their 2 boys, ages 4 months and 2.5. The schedule is Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, 8am-5pm, with care for just the baby on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and both boys on Fridays. Care will not be asked for on Mondays and Wednesdays (grandparents have that covered!). They're hoping for the Nanny to start September 10th. A great fit for this family is punctual, communicative, and trustworthy; someone fully present with the children, engaging, high energy, playful, thoughtful about planning creative activities that are age-appropriate and geared towards the children's interests, and truly looks forward to a day of fun, play, and lots of outdoor adventures! Driving is not part of this role, but the family is walkable to playgrounds, parks, a market, and other kid-friendly activities. The Family has a 5-year-old friendly Golden Retriever that's in the mix throughout the day so please be dog friendly! One parent works fully remote and the other parent works outside of the home.

Compensation:
