We are currently hiring for our Grand Island Before and After School Programs for the 2026-2027 school year . We are looking for dependable, enthusiastic team members who enjoy working with children and want to be part of a supportive team.

Positions Available:

Team Leader Supervise and engage children in fun, age-appropriate activities Help maintain a safe, positive, and structured environment Build positive relationships with children and families Program Teacher Lead and participate in engaging activities Provide supervision and support throughout the program Assist with daily program operations and administrative tasks Serve as the point of contact when the Program Manager is absent Assistant Program Manager Assist with the daily operation of the program Support and supervise program staff Lead and participate in engaging activities Help ensure the program is safe, organized, and running smoothly Serve as the point of contact when the Program Manager is absent Schedule Our Grand Island programs follow the school district calendar. Monday-Friday, from school dismissal until 6:00 PM. No nights or weekends! Program Teacher:

Minimum of two years of experience working with children Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred

Assistant Program Manager:

Minimum of two years of experience in the childcare field One year of supervisory experience preferred Completed or currently pursuing a degree in Elementary Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred Why Just for Kids?
