Job Description

American Seekers Academy is seeking a warm, patient Littles Mentor to care for and nurture children ages 6 months to 3 years at our Victor, NY location.

Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM only.

Pay:

$28 per hour.

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, nurturing care for infants and toddlers in a safe, clean environment. Lead simple play-based, sensory, and early-literacy activities appropriate to each age. Support social-emotional development, routines, napping, feeding, and diapering as needed. Communicate warmly and clearly with parents at drop-off and pick-up. Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe classroom space.

Qualifications:

Current CPR and First Aid certification required. Experience caring for infants and toddlers. Reliable, punctual, and able to commit to the MWF 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM schedule. Ability to follow mandated reporting requirements and child safety practices. American Seekers Academy is a drop-off homeschool co-op, not a public, government, or private school. We operate under a Private Membership Association. Parents remain the primary educators.
