Inspiring children to be lifelong learners. Showcasing your tech savvy skills by using an electronic daily tracking app. Assisting with keeping the classroom clean and organized. A Teen Aide will always be accompanied by a staff member and will never be left alone with children. This is a part time position, during after school hours (typically 2:30 / 3:00

• 5:30). Our learning centers are open between the hours of 7:00 a.m.
• 5:30 p.m., Monday
• Friday.

We have locations across Rhode Island.

Requirements:

Looking for experience after school? Join our team as a Teen Aide. Our ideal candidate will have experience working with children, preferably in a child care center. We are looking for someone who has the following skills: A personal demeanor that is warm and friendly. Verbal and written communication skills. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Organized and able to prioritize and multi-task. Team-oriented and willing to work with others. Qualifications 16

• 18 years of age, must be actively enrolled in and attending high school.

CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Able to read, write, speak and understand English, bilingual encouraged to apply. Must pass Department of Children, Youth and Families (DCYF) Clearance Request (CPS). Able to engage in physical exercise with children (walking, running, crawling, bending, twisting).
