Prepare nutritious meals and snacks tailored to each child's dietary needs and preferences. Assist with daily routines such as bathing, dressing, nap times, and educational activities to promote learning and development. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that foster creativity, social skills, and physical activity. Support children with disabilities or special needs by implementing personalized care plans and working closely with parents or specialists. Maintain a clean and organized living environment by performing residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning up after children, laundry, and light cleaning duties. Provide transportation assistance for school drop-offs, appointments, or outings using private transportation when needed. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a nannying or childcare setting, including private homes or daycare environments. Knowledge of early childhood development, preschool activities, toddler care, and working with children with disabilities. Valid certifications in First Aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies. Ability to prepare healthy meals and snacks suitable for young children's dietary requirements. Experience with babysitting or nannying multiple children simultaneously in a residential setting. Strong caregiving skills combined with patience, flexibility, and a nurturing attitude. Reliable personal transportation assistance capability to support daily routines outside the home environment.
