Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the childcare center, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and safety standards Develop and implement educational programs and activities that promote children's development and well-being Supervise and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and center policies Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and record-keeping Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for children, staff, and visitors Stay informed about best practices in early childhood education and care
Skills and Qualifications:
