Jackson, WY A wonderful local Jackson family is seeking a warm, experienced, and proactive full-time nanny/household assistant to join their family as soon as possible. This position is guaranteed through at least November, with the potential to continue beyond that for the right candidate. Schedule 30-40 hours per week 30 hours guaranteed The schedule is flexible, but will primarily be 10am-7pm or a split shift of 7am-11am and 3pm-7pm - if the candidate was interested in a split shift. Weekend hours may be requested Parents will provide the schedule at least one week in advance About the Family The family has three children, ages 6, 5, and 1. The primary responsibility will be caring for the one-year-old during the day while the older children are at school or activities. Some after-school support will be needed, including school pick-ups and transporting the older children to activities. Responsibilities Provide attentive, engaging, and loving care for the children Plan fun, age-appropriate activities, crafts, and outdoor adventures Ride bikes, play outside, and encourage active, imaginative play School pick-up and transportation to activities as needed Assist with children's meals and snacks Help keep the household running smoothly by: Loading and unloading the dishwasher Folding laundry Tidying children's spaces Organizing toys Running occasional errands Assisting with light household projects Work as an extra set of hands for the family and step in where help is needed The Ideal Candidate This family is looking for someone who: Is calm, confident, positive, and loving Has a proactive, can-do attitude Can jump right in and take initiative without needing constant direction Is intuitive, reads the room well, and anticipates the family's needs Is energetic, playful, and enjoys spending time outdoors Is organized, dependable, and trustworthy Has previous childcare experience with young children Requirements Up-to-date vaccinations required Valid driver's license and safe driving record Excellent references CPR and First Aid certification preferred Background check Compensation $30-$35 per hour , depending on experience and number of children 30 guaranteed hours per week Supportive, appreciative family and a positive work environment
