We offer two distinct worship experiences each

Sunday:

a Traditional service with classic hymns and choir, and a Contemporary service driven by modern praise. We are looking for a creative, Spirit-led worship leader to shape our modern worship culture and invest in the people behind it. The Opportunity We are seeking a Contemporary Worship & Discipleship Leader to create authentic, God-centered worship experiences that help people encounter Jesus and grow as disciples. This leader should invest in mentoring team members, build a healthy volunteer culture, and use modern praise as a vehicle for spiritual growth. If you love developing new talent, building authentic Christian community (not entertaining with production), and leading people into the presence of God, we would like to talk with you.

Key Responsibilities Lead Sunday Contemporary Worship:

Direct rehearsals and lead music, prayer, scripture, and spoken elements for our 10:30 AM contemporary service, as well as occasional special events and Nights of Worship.

Build & Disciple Teams:

Relationally recruit, mentor, and care for band members and technical volunteers (audio/video), fostering a healthy, encouraging environment.

Collaborate & Innovate:

Partner closely with pastoral leadership and creative teams to plan thematic, gospel-centered worship experiences. Student Ministry Worship (Optional Expansion): Opportunity to collaborate with youth leadership to mentor student musicians and cultivate worship leaders for youth gatherings and events.

Serve as an active team player within the broader vision, outreach, and life of Stillwater Church. Proven Worship Leadership Experience with dynamic vocal/instrumental ability and a heart for congregational engagement.
