We Teach the Bible We Do the Hard Things We Multiply Disciples We Are Better Together About the Role of the Worship Pastor The PV Worship Pastor role is focused on cultivating a life-giving, passionate and skillful culture of worship through the spiritual and musical leadership of volunteer band members, and the programming and execution of environments where people can encounter the presence of God. Key Result Areas Lead worship environments that help people engage with God and support a catalytic weekend experience at the PV campus. Recruit, develop, schedule, and pastor a healthy worship team that is spiritually grounded, musically prepared, and relationally connected. Ensure worship services are planned, communicated, and rehearsed in a timely and collaborative manner, maintaining a dependable rehearsal rhythm in which weekend rehearsals are consistently held and not canceled due to lack of preparation, planning, or scheduling. Lead worship ministry in alignment with QuadCity's mission, values, and overall direction. Relationships The PV Worship Pastor reports directly to the Creative Arts Pastor and works in parallel with the Creative Arts team to create a cohesive and consistent weekend experience. The role also has additional oversight from the Prescott Valley Campus Pastor Qualifications Must be a committed disciple of Jesus Musical skill and experience with the ability to play at least one instrument with a high level of proficiency Knowledge of ProPresenter, Ableton, Planning Center Experience leading a volunteer team Ideally three to five years of full-time ministry experience A heart to pastor people, not merely to play music Organized, dependable, and timely Compensation and Benefits Full-time, salaried position with the expectation of 40+ hours per week 403b match Health insurance Paid vacation (as well as flexible personal days) and sick leave What it Means to Work at QuadCity At QuadCity, our staff culture is defined by a commitment to humility, unity, and Christlike character.
