We're looking for a dependable and compassionate Spiritual Care Director Part Time to join our team. In this role, you'll provide personal care and support that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence.
What You'll Do:
Provide spiritual, emotional, and pastoral care to residents, families, and staff. Lead worship services, memorials, grief support groups, and other spiritual programs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered care and advance care planning. Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers while coordinating resident advocacy initiatives. Maintain resident documentation, participate in care conferences, and support organizational goals.
