This position supports the schools mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ through faithful Gospel proclamation, Christ-centered education, and compassionate spiritual guidance, all grounded in Lutheran theology and practice. Active member in good standing of a Lutheran ChurchMissouri Synod congregation; Bachelors degree in Theology, Religious Education, or Education (foreign equivalent degree is acceptable); Minimum of 12 months experience teaching Scripture within the Lutheran confessional tradition; Documented experience in Christian missionary work or ministry abroad, within Lutheran or ecumenical Christian contexts; Documented experience in cross-cultural proclamation of the Gospel through teaching, discipleship, community development, or spiritual care ministries.
