Mount Olive Lutheran Church in Greenwood, Indiana—one of the fastest growing sections of the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area —is seeking an Associate Pastor to join our growing congregation of 647 baptized members. Mt Olive's current Associate Pastor is retiring, providing an opportunity to step into the role of Associate Pastor and work in close cooperation with the Senior Pastor to ensure the spiritual needs of our members are met. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor on Christian education programs, worship preparation, and sharing pastoral care responsibilities, including calling on the sick and homebound. Join us in this collaborative environment in the heart of Center Grove to provide spiritual leadership and lead Mount Olive in its ongoing efforts to evangelize. Mount Olive is in a good place. The Congregation is debt-free, our children's ministry is growing, and our congregation is ready to invest in the next generation. We are not looking for someone to maintain what we have; we're looking for a partner who wants to shape ministries that spread the Good News of Jesus Christ.
