Job Description
Full-time Rector/Priest-in-Charge of a vibrant parish in the bustling university town of Starkville, Mississippi. The members of Resurrection believe that our next rector should be someone who is warm and welcoming, capable of providing compassionate pastoral care, and able to deliver inspiring, relatable sermons. We also seek someone who will strengthen our connection to the Diocese and other churches in the area. Our next rector should be committed to the service mission of the church while prioritizing spiritual growth across all age groups at Resurrection, as well as for him/herself. Lastly, we value an effective organizer who is capable of delegating when necessary, listening to the ideas of others, and seeking creative solutions to whatever challenges arise
