Olive Branch is prayerfully seeking a spirit filled and visionary dedicated Senior Pastor to lead its congregation. We seek a pastor who will glorify Jesus Christ through worship, biblical preaching and teaching with pastoral care and servant leadership.

Qualifications :

Be a licensed and ordained Baptist minister with a demonstrated call to pastoral ministry, demonstrated experience in pastoral or associate pastoral leadership or comparable ministerial leadership. Possess appropriate theological and or ministry education. Work collabratively with church leadership to advance the, vision, mission and ministries of the church. Possess and demonstrate the ability to minister effectively across generations to encourage spiritual development o children, youth, young adults and seniors. Be able to develop strategies for church growth and increased outreach efforts throughout Elizabeth City and surrounding communities. Bi-vocational candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
