Job Description

As a church on mission to make disciples of our nearest, neighbors, and the nations, Carmel Baptist has witnessed the Lord bless our Young Adult Ministry. We are, therefore, seeking the Lord to add a Young Adult Pastor to our team who will lead adults 18 years old to young married couples. A minimum of 5 years experience in teaching/leadership responsibilities in para-church or pastoral ministry is preferred. Must have hands-on experience working with various ministry programs and resources related to Young Adult Ministry, as well as working with volunteers.
