Job Description

Job Summary First Christian Church of Alliance, Ohio is seeking a Family Life Minister/Director to provide leadership, vision, and energy for our ministries involving children, youth, families, and intergenerational activities. The position requires emphasis on youth (grades 6 - 12) and their families, sports ministry, assisting the senior pastor with day to day activities of substitute preaching, visitation, counseling, and working with volunteers.

LOCAL RESIDENCY IS ESSENTIAL.

Candidates must exhibit a passion for Jesus, a servant-hearted attitude, leadership skills, flexibility, experience working with youth, ability to relate to all ages, including the elderly.
