Bethel Presbyterian Church is seeking a Next Generation Ministry Assistant who is passionate about Jesus Christ and excited about helping middle school students, high school students, and young adults grow in their faith. This is a relational ministry position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys being with young people, listens well, builds trust, and desires to walk alongside students as they learn to follow Jesus and live out their faith. The ideal candidate will bring both a heart for discipleship and the ability to help organize and lead meaningful ministry experiences. The Next Generation Ministry Assistant will work alongside Bethel's pastors, ministry staff, volunteers, parents, and church leaders to support and strengthen our ministry to the next generation. Key Responsibilities

• Build authentic relationships with students and young adults and encourage them in their faith.
• Lead and assist with youth group, small groups, Bible studies, and confirmation.
• Help plan and lead retreats, camps, service opportunities, and special events.
• Teach biblical truth in engaging, age-appropriate, and relevant ways.
• Recruit, encourage, and work alongside adult ministry volunteers.
• Communicate appropriately with parents and guardians.
• Work collaboratively with pastors and ministry staff.
• Organize ministry details and follow through on responsibilities.
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and follow all church safety and child protection policies.
